As a small business with a limited stock of products, we invest significant time and effort into order processing and delivery logistics. We kindly request that you carefully ensure the correct size and style when purchasing an abaya. If you need any assistance with sizing, please contact us prior to your purchase. Your cooperation in this matter is highly valued. We have a dedicated team committed to thoroughly checking every order before it reaches our customers, ensuring their satisfaction. In the rare chance that you receive a faulty or incorrect order, we are here to provide an exchange/refund. To qualify, please contact us within 3 days, including weekends, from the day you received the incorrect or defective order. The item must be unworn, odour free, and in the same condition, including the original packaging with all tags intact. Failure to meet these conditions may result in us returning the items to you. Kindly be advised that this condition is applicable ONLY to full priced or incorrect items and does not extend to items on sale or clearance.

International Orders: Please contact us before placing your order if you need any assistance with sizing or measurements, as we do not accept returns or refunds for international orders due to shipping and customs regulations.

Clearance items are final sale due to last sizes, new stock arrivals, or defects. Strictly no returns or exchanges allowed. By purchasing from the clearance section, you agree to these terms.

Sale and offer items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Order cancellation:
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed on our website or payment has been sent via Instagram DM.

Please note the return address on the parcel is only if the parcel is lost and not for returning items. If you return to this address, your return will not be accepted.
